Christmas

We were able to VTC (video tele conference) with Anthony, so he got to share in the festivities as well.
My dad, brother and I all chipped in to get our cousins gifts, a day of snowboarding with lessons and equipment rental. They had to solve the puzzle to figure out what it was. (I didn’t get a shot of the finished image but it’s a picture of a snowboarder).

First Birthday

Didn’t realize how difficult it would be to prepare for Analise’s birthday so close to Christmas. Knowing that all the grocery stores would be closed, I was running around like crazy woman all week trying to get all the ingredients that I needed to prep on Christmas day. I thought I had everything on my list but we ran out of eggs. I sent my dad to search for a gas station or anything open that might have some. An hour later he returns with A carton (just one) that had 3 broken eggs. It was the only one left.

Anyways we managed to get everything together in time.

Everything was hand made by yours truly. From the salad dressing to the pink and brown fondant covered birthday cake Oh yea, minus the lichon (roast pig).

Can’t believe my little baby’s a year old.
