I have been trying to write this post for the last couple weeks, but had a ton of technical issues. I think I finally figured everything out and we’re good to go.

We welcomed our new Au Pair from Germany this past weekend. She is fitting right in with the family. Hope she’s ready to take on the huge task of watching our little ones.

So this happened…
We finally gave in and purchased a double stroller. We have yet to try it out, but we have a lot of outings planned and know this will be extremely helpful with transporting the 2 little ones and hauling all our crap (it’s huge storage capacity was a big selling point). Fist the van and now this…*sigh* What is this world coming to?

There’s been a bug going around in the family and everyone’s been under the weather to include Lauren. We even had to make a trip to the ER because she spiked a fever. Everything’s good now and we’re all starting to feel better.
Baby Lauren is now 2 months old and learning so much already. She has begun to coo and even swat at her toys on her play gym. What a happy little baby.
I am coming to the end of my maternity leave. Although I am sad I can’t stay home with my babies all day, I know they will be in good hands while I am away.
I have a feeling that 2016 will bring about many new and exciting things and we look forward to everything this year has in store for our family. Cheers!
